The Korean production of Death Note The Musical won Best Musical (shows with more than 400 seats) at the Korea Musical Awards 2023. The distinguished Kim Dong Yeon won Best Director, Kang Hong Seok (Luke) won Best Supporting Actor & Oh Pil-young won Designer Award for Best Stage Arts. The Korea Times proclaims, “Death Note offers a glimpse at the future of musicals.”
